The client asked the mediator to stop briefly the MIAM whilst he smoked some more medications. As the matter was on parenting, plainly the mediator can not deem this matter appropriate for mediation. The mediator felt it was much better dealt with by the court that have extra powers to demand medications tests and look at the ramifications surrounding the safety of the children.
